I offer tailored pregnancy consultations to help you understand what are the options for you in Antwerp and how to make the right choices for you and your baby.

What I Do

I’m here to help you organize your pregnancy and birth journey, making sure you know all your options and are connected with the right professionals.

With a focus on clear information and a good ear for your unique situation, I provide:

• Personalized Consultations: Tailored one-on-one sessions on a wide range of topics. Starting from how to find a suitable an independent midwife and apply to daycare, to designing and printing birth announcements.

• Information and Guidance: I provide you with an overview of the pregnancy and childbirth services available in Antwerp. Since much of the information is in Dutch and spread across different organizations, I research and gather additional details tailored to your situation.

• Connections to Professionals: I help you find professionals in maternity care, childcare, and postpartum support, ensuring you have the right team in place to support you and your growing family.

• Decision-Making Support: I help organize and clarify the key decisions you need to make throughout your pregnancy.

How does it work?

Our journey begins with a FREE 15-minutes consultation where you can tell about you, the topics you are interested in, and the help you are looking for. I tell you what I do and together we decide the best way of working together.

It can be a single consultation on a specific topic or it can be a series of consultations on multiple topics along with guidance on crafting a timeline with key tasks and decisions.

We can meet online or at a location of your choice in Antwerp city centre. And don’t worry if morning sickness is tough—I’m happy to work around it to fit your needs.

A consultation of 30 minutes costs 30 EUR.

A consultation of 1h costs 60 EUR.

• My own pregnancy experience and information I acquired in my appointments with maternal care professionals.

• Experiences of other expat women who have recently given birth in Antwerp.

In acquiring information I am using my academic research skills to be sure that the information I am sharing is accurate.
